OK so I gained a few pounds. I've never been more that 200 pounds before. And I've never worn size 36 pants before. A few years ago I finally started 36's. And the holidays are coming. This is the time I gain the most weight. So I had to do something. And pills are never the answer. There is no substitute for a proper diet. Fiber keeps you full and binds to all the junk. And protein is harder for the body to digest so it speeds up metabolism.
